moldy shower decent breakfast
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The shower cubicle showed mold around the drain, which I consider unacceptable in a renovated room. The breakfast selection was decent. It was not really good, however.

Really good hospitality and service
attentive staff really good service great brunch
I particularly enjoyed the staff attentiveness in the Lounge. Macky, Nok, and Anais provided Really good service. They enhanced my experience. The Sunday Brunch offered a great culinary experience. I found the assistance perfect, especially with the excellent English communication.
The check-in process involved waiting in line, and the administrative tasks took considerable time. This felt longer than usual.
